Holland Lift appoints Euraccess
Dutch aerial lift manufacturer Holland Lift has appointment Euraccess as distributor for the UK and all of Ireland. It will be responsible for new sales along with spare parts and service support for all new and existing Holland Lift scissor lifts in the territory. The official launch of the new distribution partnership will be at Vertikal Days later this month.
The company is now headed by Richard Onslow who has joined the company from AFI-owned AJ Access - see: New MD for Euraccess. He will focus on the manufacturer’s core products, heavy duty, high and narrow scissor lifts which offer working heights from 19 to 34 metres and are available with electric diesel & hybrid power packs. There is already a good population of Holland Lift’s 83ft HL275 and 104ft HL340 scissor lifts in the UK, while demand for such big machines is rising.
Euraccess’ new managing director Richard Onslow, who previously sold Holland Lift at AJ Access, said: “It is a fantastic fit for us and having personally worked with Holland Lift since 2013. I am looking forward to this new venture, supplying the current Holland Lift range of products, parts and support to both existing owners and new customers in the very near future.”
Holland Lift managing director Chris Kochheim, added: “Our aim is to enable people to work safely at height and with the appointment of Euraccess, I am pleased that Holland Lift has again an experienced local partner in the UK and Ireland to provide services and new models to these markets.”
Based in Bristol, Euraccess was founded in 2002 by owner Chris Wills to provide servicing and maintenance for aerial work platforms. It has handled Cela truck mounted and spider lifts since 2012 - see: Cela appoints Euraccess. Holland Lift has been present in the UK market since around 2004, and had previously appointed AJ Access in 2013 - see: Holland Lift goes with AJ.
