1 year warranty

At Holland Lift, we build every scissor lift in-house and work exclusively with the best materials and parts from undisputed A-brand manufacturers. We give a one-year warranty on structural and manufacturing defects on all our products. The warranty starts when you receive your product. This guarantee does not cover defects that arise from improper use of the product, poor quality repairs or maintenance, or the use of unsuitable and non-original spare parts. The conditions of the Metaalunie apply to all our deliveries. Metaalunie is the employers’ organization for small and medium-sized comapnies in the Dutch metal industry.

Exceptions

The warranty does not cover the following:

• Call-out charge
• Hourly staff rate
• Travel expenses if the product has been moved to another country following delivery
• The cost of express delivery of spare parts
• The cost of returning defective parts to assess structural or manufacturing defects
